yea, its all about customer service and customer satisfaction here. he said it would take a week or whatever, and it took a month. and during that time, people called, and he said the product would be there at this time, and then it wasnt. so, his customer service dept is lacking, because apparantly its taking longer to make these and hes not telling anyone. that inturn makes the consumers angry because they have essentially been lied to. he should do like other major company's do, give a bigger time frame to buyers. ie. 1-4 weeks, instead of what he has been telling people. i have no problem waiting...if i know i have to in advance. who wants to sit around waiting for something that has already been paid for and shouldve been there already?

This is BULLSHIT!!! An entire month & I still don't have a tracking # or parts WTF!!!! I could have driven to your place of business & picked my order up by now. You didn't waste any time taking my money.

To all of our customers on this board please read this announcement. At this point In time If you want our kit there will be a 3 week wait. I want to take care of anyone who has had a problem with delays. Evil02Z what name was your order under I will look It up for you and pm you back. I thought they took care of you last week. Guys I have nothing to hide we are a small operation with low overhead this Is how we offer low prices. If you guys cant wait please order them from someone else. I hate to loose orders but I will be honest 3 weeks for delivery. I hope In the future we can get these out faster. Thanks. B

Thanks for the response Brian. I think you can understand my frustration. I know your company puts out a quality product that's why I want to buy from you. I can appreciate that you are a small business & you get bombarded with a extremely large order it takes time to compensate. The fact I was told that the order was to take X number of days & that estimate is exceeded by 2 weeks I feel you can understand my position. If I was told "your order will take at least 3 or more weeks to recieve" I wouldn't have a problem.
