I'm so frustrated with the service from this vendor it makes me sick! Mid last week I got a PM asking for my name, and then they would provide me a tracking number....I gave them the order number (and my name of course) which should have been one step better.........then today (4 or 5 days later) I get a PM asking for my phone number, and they would look into it and provide me a tracking number.....****** A, if they had taken the time to look into it 4 or 5 days ago, they could have gotten my damn phone number......it's right there on the damn invoice that they billed me for in about 15 seconds of hanging up the fuggin phone with them about 20 days ago....Dammit already, all we've been asking for is some straight answers, cut the fuggin bullshit already

Well I've contacted TByrne about their recent rotor GP...so unless they happen to contact me with at least a friggin firm ship date, I'll probably change my order...of course, then I'll have to fight my *** off for credit I'm sure, since they did bill me back on the 11th...man I bet that is illegal, I'm gonna look into it I think.

holy cow, I got the shock of a lifetime today when I came home and the product was there...I never did hear from the company after they asked me my name, but they look great.
one question though, what part of the machining do you do? Just the drills and slots? I noticed that none of my 4 rotors are mill balanced...just curious, what is the balance spec on these rotors please?

balancing the rotors so that they don't vibrate or have serious harmonics...they are nearly 100% machined so if their lathe was dialed in 100% dead nutz and had zero run out in their spindles (very very unlikely) then the parts would be very balanced.
So, what is the balance spec on these?

Holy **** everyone, these rotors are so un balanced I'm almost scared to put them on my car....Not sure what the spec is, but let's put it in perspective...
Where I work, we make about 20,000 - 25,000 rotors per day for all of the automobile suppliers. A couple of examples on the balance specs these days...the Chrysler Mini Van lines...we have to balance to 30 grams/centimeters ...the Jeep Cherokee's, we have to balance to 20 grams/centimeters
I checked my rotors at work today and they were 230 grams/centimeters, and the rears were 330 grams/centimeters!!
Keep in mind that the two previously mentioned vehicles are hardly "high performance"
Now of course I know I'm comparing an aftermarket rotor to OEM Tolerances, but man, these things are so unbalanced it's ridiculous! I'm going to put them on the car and see how it goes though...I'll keep you posted.

You guys are so harsh we have sold over 300 plus sets on here and with our one year warranty we never warranted a set. I think that says It all. Our product Is great we have the best warranty yes we have the worst shipping I will admit that but before I do a group buy again I will keep a certain amount In stock and then when they are gone I will close the group buy. I feel bad and I know we look bad also but there was nothing I could do. I need to hire more help and bite the bullet. Not only do our rotora have the best warranty I know they are good we sell to many re sellers and also end users never problems. And If you do have one we will exchange them what more do you guys need. If you need more info about your order please call me at 714-666-8585 ask for Brian I will help you. I have returned all the pms and so forth sorry you guys werent happy. Hope we can change the way everyone looks at us on here. B
