Just got off the phone with them. According to the lady I spoke with they will be shipped today, they are supposedly packaged up and waiting for Fed Ex to pick them up. I hope they do ship today, I always hate it when a company charges me for goods a day before they ship.

I am having problems as well. I ordered mine on friday Feb 3rd and she said they wouldn't be out of plating till monday...I called yesterday to find out and a guy in shipping said they came back from the zinc plater not satisfactory...he said they still had rust on them and said it would probably be a day or two before they would ship them out. I am kind of starting to regret ordering these things, especially since they have had my money since monday Feb 6th. Starting to get pissed and worried at the same time.

damnit i knew i shouldnt have ordered these. im in no hurry but its the principle of it you got my money i want my rotors. you said you had 50 sets you told me they would go out monday 2/6 (ordered them 2/4). you called me tues said they were coming from the plater and they woulld ship weds 2/8 but yet i still dont have a shipping number. in your defense you have jennifer who is super nice, and yes she does sound hot, but thats not getting me my rotors any faster. i can only imagine how pissed im gonna be if they ship and i only get 2 instead of 4. i guess you get what you pay for i shouldnt be bitchin im done.

i got my 2 and i called them up, shipping didn't answer nor did they return my call, i talked to someone in the ordering department and they told me that they sent 2 boxes but i only received 1 tracking number... Therefore i didn't know...

When my last 2 get here i will be happy...they look amazing though, i cleaned them off with degreaser to get any surface coating off...

it's kinda weird how some complain but i guess you can't blame them.
For me,i waited maybe 30 seconds and poooff,jennifer picked up the phone,said they were in amd i got 2 emails from here within 30 min.I must have been lucky.I guess time will tell.

Same for me but I did call the very first day of the sale about 10 minutes after they opened. They did not even know that the owner had dropped the price to 149. They had to call him to confirm while I was on the phone. My guess is that yet again a company was just not able to anticipate demand and now they are scrambling to keep up. I know it sucks when you're promised something will ship and it does not but I'm confident that you guys will get your stuff it just may take longer than expected.

I just spoke with a very nice lady in Shipping, but I'm still pissed off!! I talked with Jennifer yesterday, told me they were ready to ship. Received no tracking number yesterday, called today, Jennifer said her system said they were "shipped." So that's when I called the shipping department and actually got an answer. She looked my stuff up, then I got the dreaded. "Uh, can you hold on..."

Next thing I get is that I'm not even in the shipping system!!!! WTF?!?!?!?!

I wish I would have never ordered from this company. Beware!!!

You guys really need to chime in here and answer some peoples questions. I really want a set of these but I have been reading some of the posts here and its making me hesitant on pulling the trigger. Yes...many have stated they are super happy and that is great...but the negative vibe on here is killing your sales I am afraid.

Can you give everyone an update and let us waiting to order know that its ok to order and when to expect a full shipment from you all?
