Take Caution With This Company!!!!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!! MY RECOMENDATION IS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE TO THEIRS FOR THE 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaro and Trans Am (Hawk HPS Pads) (Chevy Logo Design) ON MAY 6TH. AFTER THREE WEEKS OF SEEING NOTHING COME, I CALLED. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY ORDER AND DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL BACK WITHIN AN HOUR, AFTER TWO DAYS I CALLED BACK. THEY SAID OH YEAH SORRY, LET ME CHECK ON THAT. STILL NO RESPONSE OR BRAKES. LAST WEEK CALLED BACK, THEY SAID THEY FOUND MY ORDER BUT DUE TO THE WAY IT WAS PAID(WHICH WAS THROUGH PAYPAL, WHAT THEY WANTED) IT HAD SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACKS BUT THEY WERE GETTING IT PROCESSED. A DAY LATER THE SHIPPING GUY FROM BSI CALLED AND SAID THEY HAD GOTTEN THE LAST ROTOR MACHINED AND WERE GOING TO SEND IT OUT THE NEXT MORNING WHICH WAS THURSDAY AND HE WOULD CALL ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND CONFIRMATION. NO CALL, BIG SURPRISE. NOW A WEEK LATER STILL NO BRAKES, WELL OVER A MONTH AFTER THE INITIAL ORDER. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, A DAY OR TWO AFTER I ORDERED THE BRAKES AT $399 THE PRICE DROPPED TO $349. I INQURED ABOUT THIS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEE WHAT THEY COULD, BUT AS I SAID NO CALL. MY RECOMENDATION WOULD BE TO BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE. NOW I KNOW WHY THEY SELL FOR SO CHEAP, BECAUSE YOU NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDER.

Yeah it does suck, and in the mean time my car still needs brakes. The price drop wasnt between their site and ebay, it was all on their site. I order the brakes through their website and paid with paypal the way it was requested.

I would just call them again, and tell them to get you a tracking number by EOB today. They did that for me. They said they would be about 20 days out on shipping, so they were pretty close with my order.

the prices on ebay were a mistake as you can see they have been changed. however we have a long lead time on this product thats why we denoted if you buy be prepared to wait 7-21 days.
We do not have anyone that has been past 21 days as far as i can say the only people who are upset are the people who have not read before they purchased.
At this point we have the product in stock so if anyone orders it will ship but please because of high order amounts understand the 7-21 day rule is there so we have time for back orders.

I did not order on ebay. I ordered through your site. The site says that the kit that I ordered is now $349. When I ordered it said $399 and then a day later the site said the kit was on sale for $349. As far as no one waiting more than 21 days you better do some checking or get better info, because I ordered on May 6th and its now June 13th and I still do not have the product I ordered. I read the waiting period and can accept that, but the amount of time I have been waiting is far longer than 21 days. On top of that people there keep telling me that I will get a call back and I never do. So I have just cause to be upset.

Zcam, I would just call them again, or send them a PM. They seem to be willing to take care of any issues. I would give them a second chance, since they seem to be willing to work with you.

Very happy with the rotors and HAWK pads. I don't think there is a better deal out there. It took a while to get them, but they emailed me and they arrived exactly two weeks after the email and thats how long they said it would take. Thank you BSI!!!! Oh and they work and look fantastic! Huge upgrade over stock. Here are a few pics for those wondering what they look like: Cant beat this for $349 shipped!!

Like i posted Before, I ordered my brakes through BSI back when they first became a sponsor on this board, yes it took a few weeks for shipping, but i recieved them and it was a fantastic deal, cant beat the price. Not only do they look good, but they work well also. Thanks again BSI!!!

Tried calling several times yesterday to try and get this resolved. Not a single person answered the phone. Does anyone actually work at this company or is it just a bunch of monkeys?

I'm sure they will take your money! I ordered rotors and pads on one of BSI's buy-it-now eBay auctions back on June 30th and paid the same day. I still haven't received my brakes and rotors. They won't respond to my emails. Ray sends me PMs teliing me someone will call, but so far nothing. Hope you have better luck than I.

BSI- What kind of warranty do these have on them? I purchased your first time, and called in about a spot of rust on one of the four (out of the box) and was told I'd get a call back. I never did, and now the rust has gotten real bad on the spindle part of the disc. The other three are spotless! Are you willing to swap this out for me?
