Default headlight conversion

Hey, I read somewhere on here about headlights and someone said they did an "H7 conversion" on their LS1 TA.
I was wondering if there was a write up or if not if someone would be willing to help me out on how to convert our regular bulbs into something a little brighter/whiter?

Or better yet, is there a way to get an HID setup inside our lenses?

I saw that, do you have to do anything to get those to fit, or do they just get bolted down by the stock bezel?

What do mean sealed? They have the standard opening for the 9006/9005 bulb, with twist lock. The "other" kit (H7) uses a pin to secure the bulb which leads to water getting into the housing. I used to have the other kit and there is no comparison.

by sealed I ment the housing and the bulb were all one, and non-separable.

So it comes with a new harness for the plug too? instead of 2 prongs sticking out unprotected like on the standard firebird.

I get the wiring, I guess I'm just wondering if its included in the order of those lamps of LMC.
Also, how do HID conversions go; I don't have any experience with them at all.
