I've got gears in my transmissions too guys so you better not pick a race with me. I’m also pretty sure I can take a Ferrari F430 I mean you have to considered that .3 of a liter I have oh em too.

I wouldn't be suprised to see the new Cobalt beating up on 3v or even a N/A 4v let alone a 2v vert. Those things can move

Yea, they're turbo now ! The next best thing to the new found power is it gets 30+ mpg hwy ! Never in a million years will it ever be done with an STi or Evo !

yea i just wanna throw out there that a. an auto cant miss a shift b. he might've lost becuase he just put a brand new tranny in the day b4, or the fast that hes running 315's in the back and 275's in the front which are completely worthless for someone who can dead hook. I also just want to throw out there that i hear more **** being said by these cobolts than by anyone with anything nearly fast, so im going to shut this kid up who walked up too everyone at the car meet saying he could beet everyone. Il try to post a video of me messing him up.

Jesus. I can't really say anything about slowponystreetracer except that his parents dropped him on his head when he was young or something. As for the mustang and cobalt, the cobalt puts down some decent power so it's really no surprise.

thought i would chime in i'm from the cobalt forums and looking into an ls1. a bone stock car with just a tune is putting down 270whp and 300 wheel tq. and with a good driver will go low 13.s@104-106. there was also a stock car non-tuned that ran a 13.6.

he was tuned and from what i heard from the mustang kid, "i started pulling right away and then at about 100-115 he took me by like a car length he must be running a 75 shot"

The car is limited by the ecu to make 260 tq it will use whatever psi necessary to make that, this is why elevation plays a big part in it. The car stock traps 104~105 i wouldn't doubt it being stock or it would have really ran away from the roll.

Not only are they turbo now and put down (a prob underrated number) 260hp, they also have brembo brakes, and Recaro seats

Look up the info on them. They are pretty sweet little machines now, although I'm sure they'll all fall appart sooner rather than later.. They had to save money everywhere else on the car to have this much performance for the money.
