Okay how about this, he footbraked it and ran the rpms up and then launched. To me that is stalling the car. I believe that they aren't much slower than a stock ls1. He raced a 99 t/a and only got beat by two. I played with that same t/a and walked him. So really, it's no surprise. I know he raced an a4 ls1 goat and was on his back bumper at the end. Car is quick, just not as fast as he thought it was.

Yeah it's that pewter one. He said he raced it and the t/a jumped out about 2 and stayed there the whole time. Like I said, we just played a bit on wilbarger, I started walkin away, but I was doing about 90 comin up on the dip right after what used to be praters ( or however you spell that) so I let off in a hurry. I think it's a girl that drives it.
