I was leaving the golf course again when this little black Neon SRT-4 pulled up beside me and asked if I minded him getting in front of me at eh light so he could go straight. I let him in and noticed the boost guage on the dash. After we went through the light we got next to each other. I was at a good second and ket him hit it first. To my surprise it took me all of second gear to get back beside him and put about a half a car on him by the top of the gear.

He kinda smiled and we went a little further down the new part of Bay Area Blvd. where it straightens out. This time I was in third with the NOS armed, NO MERCY! I let him go first again and just about sucked some of his black paint off when I went by. He let off about half way through fourth. We turned into a parking lot and talked for a bit, he was cool and said I was the first Mustang to beat him..........he was a Rankin Rd. last weekend tearing everyone up supposedly. Judging from how he ran against me it prolly runs high 12's at maybe 110-112.

Pretty damn good for a freakin Neon.

good kil, and yeah those little things are quick. they can easily take out stangs stock, and with a few mods are in ls1 territory, gotta watch your *** on the road now!

sounds like a good kill to me. there's a srt-4 at the dealership down here im thinking of going and test driving one just to see what all the hipe is all about. from what i hear there pretty quick for a 4 door grocery getter.

Those new srt-4s are nice. I looked at one at the local dodge dealership today. After all the options it was priced at 20,990. Not too bad of a price for the performance you get IMO.(beats the price of a bullitt) Nice kill. I would've expected nothing less than a win though from you tit.

good kill those neons are pretty fast for the price. but i think that they look gay as hell, and they are a dodge so they suck. Ohhhh by the way i hate dodge except the viper i love that car but the new ones dont look that good

The owner said he had some mods, like downpipe, boost controller, and is waiting on a T-D04 torbo and modded ECU. He said with those mods he should be around 350 to the wheels in his 2550lb car! I don't really like the styling either, but you HAVE to check out the fockin seats they put in them.....BADASS!

He also told me he ran one of his friends in a bolt on 6-speed LS-1 and got beat by about a car, how do ya like them apples.....
