93 Cougar
Hey guys well there was a 93 Cougar riding my *** tonite on NC HWY 8, I was just crusin along and well he nailed it and passed me. So I dropped tha hammer and went after him, needless to say it didnt take me long to catch him. That time I let off about 120ish. And then again he tried to come around me this time when he got beside me i let her rip and his foward progress stopped and he faded off into the background and I let off just above 130. I felt bad because I had one of my female frieds in the car and I think I scared her a little bit. Well about a few miles up the road I pulled into wendys and he followed me. Found out that he had a motor out of a 98 Cobra. Im not a mustang guy but it seems like he woulda pulled a little harder if he did have this motor in there. It just said 4.6 OHC on the top of the intake.

Nice kill I didnt know the cougar was heavier. Though, they really arent anywhere close to being a good match for an Ls1. Thats good that the guy was cool. Most cougars around here are riced out and the guys driving them think they are the ****.

Well Milla, the 93 Cougar is the older "boat model", I think. Correct me if I'm wrong, guys. I think the new pretty model only came about in around '98 or '99.

yep cougars and thunderbirds alike! might have had that, but they are heavier, but with some mods, like better heads, cam, and an ATI procharger, they will run, but what other car with that wouldnt run! good kill!

the 99 had only a v6 option only, and also, the 93 cougar you raced, should have had a 5.0 in it. the 4.6 never came in the car till 95. correct me if i am wrong, but he had to have a motor swap for him to have a 4.6 in it! like i said though i am not sure, and i would have to look it up to make sure.

Yeah my mom had a 2000 v6 cougar. Not even worth talking about speedwise. Just a complete turtle. (170 hp) Otherwise a nice car. But i see a lot of older women driving the new ones. I have no respect for any guy that drives one. And thats the end of my rant.

I feel almost almost the same way about my mom. She'll have an 01-03 Mustang GT within a year. I can't wait to make fun of my buddy Tom... (98 GT)... I can see it now: "Heheh, my mom has a faster Mustang than you"
