Did anybody ever try to coach them in their position? They obviously asked for help. Were they ever warned about making what admins thought was a bad decision? Were Sarge and Jimmy ever put on a probation due to their bad performance? ( as in hey your about to get the boot, youve got 90 days to clean up your act)

FYI, concerning talking **** to a person of authority? I tried it, I was immediatley shot with a Tazer Gun and recieved felony probation for 3 years, 160 hours comm. serv., $500 fine, mandatory alch and drug awarness classes, and a psych evo. Oh and 6 weeks in jail. All that After my $3000 attorney talked down the ADA.

Thats how the rest of the world deals with people who dont respect authority.

Im also not talking in haste, all this actually happened and i see a huge difference with how the situation was handled. I assure you i will never say and unkind word to a cop again, i do not feel the same about the person to said those words to Sarge. None of the mods, including yourselves, should ever have to put up with that, and if you do, you should use your authority to bann them, not shrug them off. regardless of who is getting paid and whos not.

Maybe it was warranted in other respects; IDK..as I didn't follow them around every post. I'm sorry if this sounds disrespectful, but you've got to be kidding me with 'higher level' of maturity. It's not that I don't agree with you, because I do, it's that some of the older mods were quite immature themselves.

From one perspective, what I see is two mods that were a tad 'emotional' in their posts at times, that were a tad stricter than other mods/admins and a bunch of whiney crybaby members complained crying out unfairness and ill-treatment, and the mods took the side of the members rather than saying tough ****, and having a 'real' conversation with the mods about problems that were arising.

Another note on teh level of maturity.........why wasn't that thread abotu Sarge closed with a notation to the OP to send a PM to the admin? LEaving a thread open like that to have an open complaint area about a mod isn't the best idea; no?

Then again.......that comment I just made could be considered that as well. Feel free to edit it, if you deem it insulting as I don't mean to be. Merely pointing something out.
