I have no problem with ether people, hell, i am the one that stuck my neck out for Jimmy to get the mod status with a good word for him.

**** happens, there are people who get in their feelings any time someone with mod status politely asks them to fix something, it is easy to be an ******* and give infractions, some people push for it, but it is being blown over on such a level it is a damn JOKE.


I understand it is easy for Sarge and Jimmy to be pissed, but the response from them is just over the top, like they were getting paid to do this, only me and a few other mods actually get paid besides the admin.

 

No let me tell you something....There are a bunch of sand filled pussies around here. If some idiot is going to cry about a F'n point on his record.....and then guys are going to lose thier position for doing thier jobs....that makes it mob rules. You guys, as moderators, have no real ability to control things if things like this cause people to lose status.

Come on now Brad. They are saying the same thing that other long time members are saying. It's really nothing new. As Scott states below, there are alot of whiney ignorant n00b's that instead of being told to pipe down they are being catered to. Since the 'change' there has been alot less mod involvement to shut them up.

ALl this is, is you (and others) have their perspective and others have theirs. When two sides are on polar opposites it's hard to see the others' perspectives.

FWIW - I know personally (outside of here) that this isn't the first time at least one of these mods has 'complained'. This is just the first you've heard of it.
As stated above......it's not that we are blind, it's that we ahve a different view. The same could be said about you being blind since catering to n00b's instead of putting them in their place from the get go isnt' being done. I know the reg. members don't see all that you guys do and I also know that you have alot of work to do, but 'both sides' can point fingers and call the other blind. Just depends on how it's looked at.


If giving infractions and reponses are 'being blown over on such a level it is a d**n joke' (as you put it) why were these two removed from moderator status? Kind of contradictory if you ask me.

BTW - getting paid is all relative. Personally, I'd be more offended if I volunteered....as in, took time away from my personal life to help out, just to get stabbed in teh back. At least getting paid its 'just another job' and not something you want to do to help out. IOW, IMO, your viewpoint of being paid is off base.

Fricken Sarge had a guy threatening to whips his *** and cussing him up and down. I know Sarge asked the other guys on his "team" IE mods, and I use the word team in the loosest sense possible, what he should do about this. They said let it slide and ignore it!LOL
So boys feel free to cuss the mods!!! There wont be **** done!!LOL I' love to see them point me or ban me for this. It would make them the same as what they say is wrong!! Plus I jusst dropped close to 25k in the past 6 months here on my two builds. Think banning me would be good business sense? Nope....so I can pretty much say what the **** I want. That is what this new system is creating.

nice!!! i was gonna actually rebuilt my motor and wanted 2 makeit a 383 stroker im hoping 500rwhp on stock heads and fullboltons with a custom grind cam but i know the stock heads are gonna need alot of work 2 meet my goal plus i also want 2 make it 2 where i can spray atleast a 100shot safely out of it i just finished helpng my buddy build his lt1 in 2 a stroker fuily built afr heads custom cam and fullboltons dynoed at 420rwhp pretty good but it was alot of work and i mean alot tore it back down twice because we couldnt figure out why it wouldnt start turned out 2 the fuel pump had taken a mysterious ****
