lol i tracked down the last owners and talked 2 them they were currently on a vacation and the girl said her ex husband which was still in oklahoma she was in sacramento put a couple of boltons on my car and the biggest suprise a baby cam lmao yes u heard right so thats what i had all this time there i was thinking i was a factory freak lol then it got repossesd and i bought it lol

Here is a little something you guys probably don't realize about this and many other forums. Moderators are an extension of the forum itself, we represent the forum, and more times than not are the root cause for people to come to the site, or never return.
The 2 now defunk'd mods are and were in too much trouble, during the time they were with the staff.
When you start a new job, you go into a probationary period, where you are tested out to see if you will work out or not. Mostly, the period is to see if you as an individual have what it takes to complete the tasks set forth in an orderly manner.
Neither of these individuals had that talent. With being a mod, your here to solve and STOP problems, not create them, or add fuel to a fire. Maybe someone insulted your mom, but give me a ******* break, what are we 5? "You insulted my mom, OVER THE INTERNET" boo ******* hoo. Grow up and move on. I mean what was the serious response to that? Would some of you guys seriously write a reply to that, and feel serious? Come on. " DONT TALK ABOUT MY MOM LIKE THAT ******" Wow, that solved the problem right there. Not only does it prove that both people involved in that exchange are just ******* retarded, but it also shows that the "mod" in question doesn't have the ability to just grow up and shrug that petty bullshit off. At the end of the day, regardless of the fact that the insult said mom in it, you gotta grow up.
Bottom line is, at the end of the day you need to fix ****, not start it. Neither of these guys could properly stop a fight, without starting another.
I really have no issue with either of them on a personal level, neither rubbed me the wrong way. I never really cared for them but after seeing this thread my level of respect for them has certainly dropped to about nothing. You guys could have left with dignity, but instead you prove just how childish and immature you are, you proved us "the staff" totally right.

You say your job is to fix and clean **** up, have you not read my posts in here and other threads? I'm not talking about elem. school crap. I'm tlaking about the ignorant ***** that ARE starting **** and mods aren't doing much about it. How can you make that post in full confidence given what I have stated? either A) you haven't been seeing what I'm referring too, B) it was a hypocritical post, or C) neither and you are that clueless to what we are referring too.
If it's B or C, I say thank you for proving my point. If it's A, please read what Scott (Confuzed) and I have been saying.
Again, this isn't just one or two members saying this stuff. Look around, there are several making these comments.

If there is no one to govern and keep people in line, people will always try to bend and break the rules.
From what I have seen these mods have done that, and at times I'm sure it has been frustrating.
After the breakup between Tony, PSJ, Unit, etc., things have gone downhill. Little punks think that they can get away with everything, and they can. That is what is so depressing about it. People can actually PM Admins and get part of the staff demoted.
If someone complained in the old era, Tony would have told them "too bad, I'm sticking by my staff, because we have a system set up where we have total confidence in the judgements that they make" End of story.
I personally have no problems with the current staff members. Phantomizer, from what I have seen, you have been a great mod. Zones as well. (He has been very helpful).
But from a member's point of view, you guys have to decide when it is the time to draw the line between noob members complaining, and legit demotions for doing wrong.
Maybe it was the right thing to do. I am kind of on the fence about it, but I think it is worthwhile to let the other members chime in about how they feel.

Mods I totally understand your points of view, people should be able to shrug off 5 year old personalized **** talking over the internet. On the flip side, THEY SHOULDNT HAVE TO. I would NEVER say something like that to a person of authority and not expect to get my *** handed to me. even over the internet. no matter the age, no matter the form of communication, nobody should have to recieve a personal attack like that. Maybe Chris and Jimmy were not cut out to be moderators, maybe they were. It is my belief that no mod should be stripped of position like that without some kind of review to every questionable decision. If a person posts in the wrong forum and recieves a one point infraction the so be it. thats what the rules state. Yall are not here to give endless warnings. Sarge 13 is a great mod IMO. he always participated as if he was one of the guys but when it was time for a mod to step in he always did, with a fairness. I cant speak for Jimmy as i never really delt with him.
Everybody knows there is a learning curve to a new job so if they didnt do so well in their probation maybe they just werent comfortable dealing with personalitys from all over the world.

Were Sarge and Jimmy ever put on a probation due to their bad performance? ( as in hey your about to get the boot, youve got 90 days to clean up your act)
FYI, concerning talking **** to a person of authority? I tried it, I was immediatley shot with a Tazer Gun and recieved felony probation for 3 years, 160 hours comm. serv., $500 fine, mandatory alch and drug awarness classes, and a psych evo. Oh and 6 weeks in jail. All that After my $3000 attorney talked down the ADA.
Thats how the rest of the world deals with people who dont respect authority.
