First "Race" with the new set up!
Coming home about 30 minutes ago, I was cruising down 92 and a silver CTS-V pulls onto the highway, and from about 2-3 cars ahead of me, starts egging me on by dropping gears and "launching" it for a quick second on the highway. Every time (3-4) I tried to line up with him and start dropping gears, he would just take off, and I wouldn't even chase. Finally a light came up, and I was alone in the right lane, him behind a car in the left. I take off and give him room, chilling in 2nd gear and wait for him to get next to me. I honk off, and yank the **** out of him through 2nd gear,(short shift at 6k ish) hit 3rd and stay in it for a bit, and let off with 2-3 cars on him...about 80 mph or so. We lined up again, hit it, and at about 70 we see that all to familiar vehicle sitting on the other side of the highway waiting for speeders. We slam on the brake, pass him at like 60, then took separate side roads. We got lucky that time.
I need to get a good low speed roll/dig to see what this will really do once I slam 3rd hard, and keep it going. So far...I ******* love this set up.

Idk how he didn't hear me romp 2nd at 6k rpms...this ****** gets loud. But we got away, so thats all that matters. Agreed on all accounts of "chasing" for a race..**** that. If you want to show off in front of your girl, ******* learn how to line up and honk them off, or just run from a dig. Don't pull that ****.

Indeed man. Though you got like ******* 5 races your first week you had your car. I got people trying to get me to run a couple fast scoobies around here...its like people I don't really know (I know who they are through acquaintances), and they coming up to me all cool, trying to set up races once my **** is done lol.
