First race was a tie
2nd race he pulled a solid car on you before you missed 4th gear
3rd race he pulled a solid car on you after he clearly hits on 3rd honk
4th race u pull 1/4 car before he brakes due to a truck in his lane. If he didn't have a truck in his lane based on the way his car pulled in each of the races on the top end the race would've ended in a tie or with him passing you.
Like I said... good death!

If you can't clearly see the Bimmer was the faster car in the video based on the way it pulled on the cts-v u may be suffering from a little brand bias! Last time I checked you can't see the rear of a car from in front of it.

ya we were gooing to go for a 5th run but decided to call it a day, didnt want to push our luck at the speeds we were hitting....
The one race he had me by a car just cause he got the jump from the honk and i couldnt reel him in...
rest were dead even...
Cars are so close...
I was hoping to go from a dig but we realy didnt have a spot in the area we were...
Ill be back for more with a tune in the next few weeks

How was it faster? The V won 2 races and the M5 won 2 races! They where neck and neck in performance... If you cant see that it was clearly a driver’s race then you may be suffering from cataracts... I think that the M5 has longer gears then the V from what I see in the Vid... They were good runs

That 3rd to 4th shift absolutely kills you - seems like a pretty big gap between the gears, drops you out of the power - maybe a higher limiter will let you pull third a bit deeper to offset that some.
Drivers race, in my opinion. Dig would have been interesting for sure.

ya for those guys with a manual trans you know how terrible the stock shifter is on our cars.....
From a dig I think id have the upper hand... If we kept going till both our cars topped out i think he would of had me... That 8k redline on the M5 realy gives it a huge advantage.

Oh I know, I don't plan on winning versus a $100k car anyway with the lack of mods I have.
Soon to be LQ9 with 228R cam, bolt ons, 3600 stall.
At least he won't walk **** on me (worst case assuming it's an E60... already PMed raysadude about it because nobody on LS1tech seems to want to post in my thread at the benchracing forum )

its clear that the M5 is a better top end car right?....so its a better street car...track cars dont do **** on the limited traction street..so from a roll to 120+ the M5 is a faster car
