Played with LS1 GTO, crapped on ricer mustang.. So I had a little fun on the way to the store today, I was on the highway and I see a black GTO merge on, TOTL exhaust but no badges so I'll assume it was an 04 LS1. The guy is ahead a bit so I catch up to him, and he takes off so I follow, there was only one lane open so I had to stay behind him. I think it was an A4 since it took a bit for him to shift. We played around for a little bit and then he gave me a peace sign and got off, older guy probably just having some fun. It wouldn't have been pretty if we actually lined up, since he couldn't get away from me and I never downshifted out of 5th.
Next I see a white mustang up ahead, and I get excited since I can see dual exhaust cut outs in the bumper, so maybe its a GT. Get up to him and its a new edge style white V6, with the most horrendous body kit ever. It looks like this:
Except its falling off, the front is all bent under the car since it wasn't attached right, the sideskirt is dragging in front of the back tire, etc. Oh. It also had the outline of a pony put on the side of the car made out of electrical tape, which was also peeling off. I couldn't see the driver, since it had that white reflective tint on it. He floored it as I'm still gaping at how horrible his car looks, I recover after hes about 1 car ahead of me and quickly drop to 3rd, blow by him like he wasn't moving. Theres no traffic at this point so I let out at about 140 with him 10 busses behind me. Great race
Oh, I also gave a bum my tacos from taco bell since I see him in the same spot every day. His dedication to that street corner is admirable.
