yea big call out. yall can trailer your junk up here and run... lmao. theres a nice 3rd gen up here yall can run only makes 715. you guys shouldnt have a problem moping the floor with it. all thos 3-400 horse cars you got down there mopin up the floor with 6-800 hp cars

There are some cool mustang/cobra owners. Too bad guys like dynotune brings the rest of them down a notch. A lot of these guys have some actual insight and know what they are talking about. The race was run, the 3rd gen won......... does there really need to be guys getting on the board saying 'he would get pulled by my car'....again, what a tool!

It is unlikely I agree, but it's unlikely a bolt-on f-body could get close either
This guy obviously has a strong *** setup holding his own on the big end of that race. Under normal conditions a bolt-on Cobra with a shot should blow the doors off of a cam only A4 LS1 from a high roll, so that third gen is some kind of freak for sure. Either way, great kill

wow guys...**** kinda hit the fan in this thread..wow.
OPs 3rd gen hooks and has a very nice setup. IDT anyone's taking away from his kill. It is what it is. The only 'doubt' that some are posting is based off curiosity as to why that Cobra never pulled up top given his mods. That's all. Hell, he could have been short shifting and not familiar with Cobra's powerband for all we know.

Grats on the win, I've got a cam only LQ9 1989 firebird. This is a believable win...cam only for these things means a lot of power in a car much lighter than their 4th gen brethren.
For instance, the Cammed LQ9 spins 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and chirps 4th on normal street tires. They will pull on a lot of cars just spinning the tires along the way

3rd gens are garbage. i have a few friends with them and they are not as light as you seem to thing they are. my buddys car is a sbc with a 150 shot on it and the car runs 12 teens at 112 or so. id be hard pressed to believe that the ops car makes more power than that car. i also assure you that my shitbox has no problem pulling it. like i said before there is some shifty **** going on in this race. unless that camaro checks in at 2000 lbs then the cobra should have dragged that turdgen all over the place.

besides... I've already mopped up the floor with those blown stangs... I swear it's like racing against a honda. All that noise, mostly from the mustang owners mouth...
