Wow thats just cool. No doubt that was a mid 12 second jeep. The stock ones can go high 12.9 right off the lot.

Im really intrigues by your LT trailblazer. How much did the "stroker kit" cost to be able to beat modded SRT8 jeeps?

Cause TB SS are cheap. But used LTs are a dime a dozen compared to the SSs

Ok well I'm counting 4 coil pakcs/plugs per side on a LSX engine with a fly by wire throttle setup exactly like my LS2 - What head casting numbers are showing? I'm thinkin It's either a debadged SS or a LT with a swapped over LS2/3. I believe you are right about the stroking: guessing at minimum a 409? maybe 440 or 454? With ported LS3 heads and a mild cam (mild is relative- big cubes can hide a bigger cam). Or you have a sneaky *** nitrous setup. Either way it's ONE HELLUVA build you got right there! And just plain mean to make that guy think his shi'ite was broken! lmao Here is how I came to the giant cubic inches motor:

Stock Trailblazer SS: LS2 395hp, they run 14.0-14.2 at 98-100mph and weigh 4,550lbs curb weight and have <surprise> 4.10 gears. You would need to run at least mid 12's to do what you did: I would guesstimate you have at least 450rwhp... which on a 4x4 TB equals,, say 480rwhp in a LSX car? That kinda rwhp is nearly impossible to hide... stock LOOKING exh. manifolds/ cats/ Y pipe; stock LOOKING catback; near enough stock sounding cam... You say its your family grocery getter DD, so 11 to 1 or lower compression and full interior with all bumpers/and bracing still installed which means stock weight... the one and only way to get those numbers N/A is going big on the displacement with heads that can keep up.

Tell me: am I 'Confuzed' or not?

Oh no. I opened the hood for him. He thought he got his *** waxed hairless by a 5.3 V8. You know, the 315 hp variety. I told this story to a buddy of mine a few weeks back, it really disturbed him that I let the guy drive off thinking his **** was broke some how. The only way to tell anything is done, other than a mild lope which is explained away by no cats, is the iron block. I believe this TB came with an LS4 in it.

No debagging man. It was just a regular 4X4 LT TB before I CuNfUzEd it.

You are one fucked up dude..

What I don't understand is how a 5.3 l. is doing that!

Side note- Seriously people.. Before throwing the BS card out, try a search. He has a ******* build thread about it even!

I've got to quit beating on this thing. The trans squeaks between shifts sometimes. Yikkes. I wonder how hard a 4L80 would be to install and keep the 4X4.

I had one side of the Y pipe that was not welded in this video. You can hardly hear the lope now with it fixed.
