we didnt hit even 70 mph I dont think... you guys are acting like I have the fastest LT1 I know a motorcycle when its full throttle im not an idiot I had a guy in some other bike not sure what it was but not only was I next to him but I was pulling and gave me a thumbs up... I am 24 not 17... The mod list is what I know about the damn car, like I stated im building up my other LT1 so I know what is done to it and that way i can show you guys the stupid receipts... Im not faster than a busa, I was saying to beat one would be my goal. I live in AZ and I dont care about setting up races from so and so "contacts"
and it was an R6 and Im not sure those run 10's maybe the R1... Either way it was a story and he couldnt get to the one lane merge before I got there and thats all that matters so if he rides like **** then so be it but I beat him to the punch

Ok lets set some things straight. Your LT1 off the spray makes *AT BEST* 285rwhp. On spray, 350-385 depending on what type of kit it is because different manufacturers rate their kits either at the flywheel or at the wheels. The only one that I can think of that still uses WHP ratings is TNT, but I digress.
With that power level, even on spray, your car is *AT BEST* a 12.3-12.5 @ 114 car assuming that it is stock weight.
Even a newer stock R6 (when did they switch over to EFI?) with a decent rider will run a mid-low 11 with a trap of at least 125. See why things don't add up here?

Oh and to whoever it was that said most bigger bikes are only running out 1st at 70, my CBR1k will do 85ish in 1st gear.

what annoys me are guys on bikes who think all guys who drive camaros think like the OP. whenever a bike pulls up next to me at a light, over 50% of the time, the guy on the bike will take off normal and then nail it when he hears my revs climb (3600 stall)... even though i'm taking like 7+ seconds to get to 35mph.
i had a buddy with an R1 that kept trying to race me also. unless i'm at a light near some backroads next to a harley that i know is going to take off and then idle 10mph under the speed limit up ahead where it merges to 1 lane, i won't bother.

A mid 140mph car isn't going to touch a stock Busa let alone one with nitrous. Maybe if it has a fatass that is scared to ride it.
