I wish my B4C was that mean out the box. I only could manage 13.6 with my B4C A4 117K. That was at Gainesville, Florida durring the summer. That was also my first track run ever.

I don't have my slip but I think my best that day was a 13.2 @ 106mph on a 2.0x 60ft.

The fiancee was running the car that day ...she made 27 passes and unfortunately the clutch wasn't doing very well and the conditions weren't as good as when I ran (you can see the headwind in the picture). Here is her best from that day. (for driving reference....Her pass)

hmm this is going to be very interesting when i race my buddy at the track.

I used to run those riken raptor tires on my car. Actually those are the tires that i had on when i ran that 13.6. I hate those tires. They hooked well after being heated at the track that day. They really sucked at getting traction after some wear and bolt-ons.

Definately... My car was stronger once moving and that's really the only reason I was able to get any distance on him. Stock to stock I ran away pretty good though..the tune definately helped his car big time. Some of the GTOs seem to have 'issues' with their stock tune.

dude i love them i had goodyear eagle f1 gs d3's and i cut my 60' from 2.1 down to 1.9 consistantly. and i had traction problems a couple times believe it or not with the goodyears. not one problem with the rikens i swear by them after i ran 12.7 i couldnt get below a 13.2 with the good years

All in the conditions...with the headwind and DA my car was down 2+ mph... that GTO should have been seeing ~107mph had the conditions been better.

I'm glad to hear that someone had some luck with them obviously. Maybe its because mine were 275/83/r18's. I switched to Nitto 555r's in the same size. Major improvement.

Was just about to say the Nitto NT555R's are the way to go for street/strip use.

Nice.....

FYI I'm running Riken Raptors also on my B4C with 20k+ miles and god knows how many 1/8th passes on them and ran the time in my sig a week or so ago. My DA was no where near negative though

If you have 16" wheels they are the best street tire you can get IMO
