From what I remember your new car has only been a 7.4. You'll probably lie about it at this point, but if that is the case then I have been faster.

I'm not talking to any Mustangs I can't handle. You just claimed your best to be a 12.3. Unless you actually were planning on finding another car that is faster, then you are also putting too much faith in DA or your counting on a miracle 60'.

The car has a little more than a 7.4, although it was ran in better DA (way worse than yours still)...

I believe stopsign has quite a bit more than a lousy 12.3... Only one way to find out for sure though. He wouldn't have to go get another car, that is for sure.

Come find out chief! We can meet at Ft Mills tomorrow afternoon if you would like. I am free all day! Better strap you in a bottle before you come though.

And so you know what to expect. Its this car right here, my 95 that you will see. Only I will have different wheels on it.

So it's ran a 7.4 in worse DA than when I ran a 7.3, but I've still ran 7.4 in 2000+ DA.

I'd be unlikely to street race anyone in my town, much less in another state. Zmax is open for tnt on April 17th.

I need a bottle? You must have the fastest 331 in existence.

You think it would take the fastest 331 in existence to beat your 11.6@113mph?!

So with an 1800+DA (200-2000+) difference you only lost .05... Not unlikely, impossible. That means DA would not effect your car whatsoever, whether 80+ degrees or 30 degrees, it would run the same times (or within .05) of the other. Not going to happen.

You told me to bring a bottle. You think I wouldn't gain anything on nitrous? You'd have to be a solid mid 10 second car to outrun my car on the gas.

That would be flying for a 331. I have no idea what the fastest 331s are doing, but I'm sure it would take a light car, a nice power adder and a carburetor to run that.

To be honest 12.3s sounds about right for what you have. Even though the breakdown of the run you posted looks more like it should be a 12.6 run, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say that it runs 12.3s at your track on a hot day.

I was saying if you want to outrun this little poopstang you best bring a bottle tomorrow.

So what time do you wanna meet? And are we gonna do it from a dig or roll? Either way is good for me.

Afterwards you can meet some guys with a couple 03 Cobras. Don't worry, they are slooooooooooow! 4.6L FTL

So are you calling me a liar? Want me to go to the trouble of scanning the time slips for you?

Maybe my car just got slower in that few months that I didn't run it. I'd love to get the kind of gains from DA that you expect. I should be easily in the 7.2s maybe even teens.

Actually looking at the slips it went 11.83 to a 11.60 (with draglites on the back). So that's roughly 2 tenths in the 1/4. Which is about right for ~2000' DA difference.

Considering that the last time I checked there were N/A SOHC 4.6 283s in the 9s, I'd be willing to bet some money there are plenty of 331s faster than mid 10s. And they don't need carburetors.

Well that's awesome, but it's irrelevant here.

Not really. You claim that with your time (11.6's), someone would need the fastest 331 to run with you. Which is not only completely false, but retarded too.
