i have a catless dp w/ stock exaust and i feel the same way.. it would only add like 3 whp on my car for 500$. for is car it would add alot more than mine, but i love how its so quiet when i drive my car just like a cobalt lt then boom!!!

I didnt hear raspy exhaust, i heard gargling and **** that shouldnt be coming from a 6.0 V8. When he lets off the gas at high RPms i throw up in my mouth. It sounds like two SRT4 motors put together.

You're hearing it right from me. I ran 12.17 on slicks. My IRS loved every second of it. It's when you run shitty tires that the IRS gets mad. Stock axles, stock everything I never touched the rear.

I ran a 12.17 right next to a TVS1900 G8GT that ran his PB of 12.16. I remember being pissed off he passed me in the last 10 ft of the track. I trapped 113.95 and he trapped 115.

in this vid it was our last race before the one above. changes to the cobalt are more efficient tune and nitto 555 tires

Car isn't cammed at all... I ran 13.0000000000000 stock everything. I shaved .83 seconds off with headers/tune/slicks and a little weight redux

Stock mufflers are very restrictive not to mention the nice little cramps in the stock piping...So yeah its worth getting a cat-back. Not to mention it just sounds like plain dog ****. I had a magnaflow on mine and it was nice a quiet till you opened her up.

Nice video. I almost bought a turbo cobalt before my camaro. After watching these videos it kinda makes me wish i did.

Seems he is an above average driver... Headers/tune/slicks/weight reduction (I'm sure CAI as well) is very well achievable.
