I only ran my car on TNT days/nights or a track events put on by local clubs.
STOCK LS1 with a few bolt ons went 11.59 at SDR at the MCE track day. Same car as the LT1 car, same suspension but different rear end and trans.

This place is hilarious!! If the LS1tech or GMHTP didnt do it, it cant be done BFS.
I have helped many others get to goals with less than what most people say is needed. its not hard.

TIP OF THE DAY: DA is the best mod of all!!!!

Exactly what I said. DA is key. Thats what I hate about looking at the SI list...I know those guys are running in killer DA, with weight reduction, and thus, a bolt on car trapping only a few mph slower then me. ******* AZ

Sounds good man.. I don't believe in all the hype of a stock-ish LS1... Good kill..

A lot of Joe Dirts around these parts apparently. Besides myself I have seen it done many times over the last decade. If you can get into the mid 12's with bolt-ons (which is VERY easy to do) 11's w/ a cam is a piece of cake. Dont see how that would be suprising.

Sorry I don't live in the land of stock LS1s run 12's, bolt on LS1s run mid to low 12's, and cammed LS1s run mid to low 11's.

So what world do you live in? And how are you tuning into LS1tech from whatever planet your on?

Just kidding. But yeah theres nothing "suprising" or out of the ordinary about a 11-sec cam only LS1. I'll just leave it at that.

True statement. I will abandon the argument after that being said also.

first of all thanks for the hijack guys, secondly i lost second gear last night damn it. and ill post the time slips of the 8.2 and 8.3s and the 7.9 but its faded cuz it stays in my wallet you can see it in person but idk with my 2mp camera. And for those who say i "trap" 13s yet run 12s....86.xx mph is 110.xx my friends. If i decide to keep the car and fix the tranny ill drive up to an hour or 2 to meet someone to show what the car can do.
and to comment on the cam only ls1s running 11s rare part, my friends full weight 3800lb with driver ls1 ran consistent 7.5s@90 mph in an auto with a 224/228 cam that only made 372rwhp in a 2000DA which is like 12.10s@113 or so in the 1/4 with a TANK.

and lastly the only bolt ons im missing is a EWP and 52mm tb(maybe 7rwhp worth) so i may gain 1/2 mph with that...some people fail to understand what a compitent driver is capable of because 90% of ppl are scared to really drive their cars...Like i hate seeing stock ls1s run 9.0s@80mph like some do but its because ppl cant drive. Hell my 98 with only a lid run 8.8s@84.xx with a 2.3 sixty and a shot slave so the clutched stuck to the ground on my 2-3 shift and didnt go in gear at first... had an easy 8.4@85+ in it basically stock with a full weight optioned out 98(the slowest ls1 fbody)
