Good kill on the GT500. They need some mods before they wake up. They're roaches in stock trim.

Thats the JDM "begining driver" sticker. Basically the whole JDM phase is what it represents. Though in chicago that sticker was on every car you could imagine a few years ago.

I wonder how in the **** that caught on. Seriously. Beginner driver sticker, wow that's cool let me slap one on my civic. Why not the red and yellow elderly driver one? Makes just about as much sense. We had more morons driving around with them here than there were in japan where they actually mean something.
