Good kill OP! GT-Rs are no slouch.
I got a bone to pick with this statement.

1. He picked the race not me.
2. He thought he had me covered and wanted to show his GF.
3. He could get a tune for a 100hp and I could install my 125 shot sitting in the garage. Point being he was slower when we ran.
4. As far a much nicer ride... Im going to disagree. I love the looks of the WS6 ... GT-R is just not my cup of tea but it sure is cute. For the price of a GT-R. I would rather get a C6 ZO6. I just don't care for Rice at any Price, and you can only get a that Super Car in paddle shift.
5. I do agree that they are no slouch from the showroom floor.

Thanks for the Good Kill comment... I am not trying to be a *****, just posting my thoughts and opinons.

(fair enough)

2. He thought he had me covered and wanted to show his GF.

(fain enough again)

3. He could get a tune for a 100hp and I could install my 125 shot sitting in the garage. Point being he was slower when we ran.

(you are correct but you ran into a very rare vehicle. A stock GTR)

(I felt the same way till my buddy got one..They are truly something special in every performance category)

5. I do agree that they are no slouch from the showroom floor.

(indeed..low 11's stock at 120 mph is simply very fast)

Thanks for the Good Kill comment... I am not trying to be a *****, just posting my thoughts and opinons.
while I agree with you in manyways and I myself like the looks of the ws6 ect. the GTR is simply in an entirely differant class..

step one=miata

step two=2010 mustang

step three=ws6/ss camaro

step four=c6 vette

step five=GTR

step six=F430

step seven=Murcielego

step eight=Enz0

step nine=Bugatti

Not trying to be an A hole..As again I like the ws6. But we gotta be real. The GTR is a much nicer car..

thats why these kind of kills are so satisfying. You just killed a 84K GTR in your 33K WS6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That GTR guy is lusting about running into a F430 ect.

That is a sweet kill especially cause HE picked the race! Your car is running good OP cause theyre aint slow stock! I'm pretty sure he thought he was faster!!

While its a better overall car, I prefer the the look of the T/A. GTR still doesnt look good enough for the price IMO! And this paddle shifting would bore me fast...

The GT-R is the better car, regardless. I would rather have a Z06, but the GT-R is better.

The GT-R is an amazing car, despite all the robotics.

You can keep your 1000 dollars for an oil change GTR. Good kills.

It doesn't cost anywhere near that much

I'm talking about this:

http://blogs.insideline.com/roadtest...expensive.html

Oil changes are just the cost of synthetic and a good filter, but the transaxle fluid changes are quite frequent and retarded expensive.

Nice kill. GT-R's look good and perform well for the heavy pigs they are but I'll never drive one for that reason alone: NO MANUAL! WTF?!

The advantages of the DCT are killing the manuals.

I drive cars with 3 pedals... that right there is one of the big reasons I would take a Z06 over a GT-R.

I personally would drive a car that costs half as much and is faster. But, if I had Jay Leno or Bill Gates type of money, I'd have one of these and one of everything else...

Or you could drive a car that's 1/4 the cost and twice as fast... when you're talking about cars that caliber, there is no sense in comparing them to used/modified cars.
