I don't think he's pullied. Supercharger is really quite. I bet he has a lower pulley to trick people into thinking he's stock.

Bad *** runs! Id say the Cobra has stock pulley pretty quiet, full bolt ons & maybe gears? Did you get to look under the hood or see if hes full interior or any kind of weight reduction?

But Z28Addiction Camaro is sick! Think his pulls just helped me out with my decision on which cam to go with. Vengeance Vindicator or Thunder Racing T-Rex

96-01 cobra's and 03/04 mach 1's are a drivers race also until you get into internal work

Is that so???? Hmm that's news to me

I agree 100%... Supercharger was way to quiet to have an upper pulley

Not even close. I have seen alot of LS1s with over 350rwhp with just boltons. Most of the 96-01 cobras and 03/04 mach 1s put down around 320rwhp with full bolt on, but that is the most I have seen with full bolt-ons.

But I do agree with you about one thing, as soon as you tear into the internal of the engine, it is no contest.

Yea that's why its a hard decision.... haha. But I still think I'm going with a good set of heads & a T-Rex cam. Does he still have his T-Rex in it or did he go with a MS4?

I got a couple friends with a 01 Cobra & sorry but they weren't a match for my Camaro at all..... Both 5 speeds, one with a SCT tune, 2 step rev limiter, Flowmaster exhaust, BBK headers, & BBK cold air intake.

The other Cobra has a Flowmaster exhaust, K&N intake, Accufab throttle body, independent rear suspension, MM Subframe connectors, SCT tune, Hurst shifter & put down 290/301 on a Mustang dyno. Now hes got 4.10 gears so were see the outcome on that run. But both got walked pretty good by me.

Stock Mach 1s & LS1 is a pretty good match. Depending on the driver.... I have yet to run into a Mach 1 But a 96-01 Cobra isn't as good as a LS1

Probably has a 3.0 pulley, only makes around 3lbs more than stock.
Metco and UPR pullies look almost stock, n 3.0 pulley you prob wouldn't even notice the difference under the hood if you didn't know cobra's

A pullied, bolt-on cobra will trap in the 117-120 mph range at the track. I have pulled on pullied cobras and I trap 120 mph as well. My buddy had a non-pullied cobra trapping 114 in the 1/4.

Vindicator is a bad *** cam. 240/244 on a 112 if my memory serves me right. A bud of mine had one in his Formula WS6 with stock heads and full bolt-ons. Put down something ridiculous like 43x whp on the dyno. Pulled my Cobra from a roll when I was Pullied/bolt-ons. Those cams are no joke!

Wrong. 96-98 Cobras run 14's, 03/04 Mach's mid 13's, and 99/01 Cobras somewhere in between.

The trex cam in my bro's car sounds sick *** compared to the MS4 I had in my C5Z. Although the ms4 didn't drop off much at all after peak and pulled all the way past 7000rpms. The trex dropped off after peak around 6500 rpms. Either way you can't go wrong with a big cam, just get it tuned by a good tuner.
