Modded C6 LS-2 vs Stock Shelby GT 500 Fun run between me an a gt 500...it was a random race so I had no idea about his mods or how many people were in his car , rode pass him at 70mph he comes up to me even and I slammed it back in to 3rd and crushed him good ( 2 to 3 cars ) I did not know what kinda power he was making so I didn't cut hm no slack....we squared off again and hit it even, he hang for a min. In 3rd then toward the top of 3rd he'd fall of big time and when I hit 4th gear I'd pull some car lengths on him and the gap was just getting wider the higher the speed got...he did edge me out one of the 4 times we ran , I was in 4th and he was in 3rd, talked after we pulled over and he had 4 people in his mustang but he said my vette was fast as hell either way and said " I know you got a cam or something...hahaha, guy was cool and the mustang looked nice an ran ok considering the extra people in it.

I seriously just lol'd Thank you sirYea its hard to overcome the aerodynamics/weight advantage that vettes have... That gt500 did really well though considering they are already a fatass and had 4 people.
