Here's the cliff notes on Bullitt=
He's one of the all time best trolls around, even the tiniest mention of his car being slow pisses him off. He owns a 99? Green BULLITT Mustang that his mommy bought, and that he thinks will take anything. He has never raced. Basically everything he says is BS, and he was banned for awhile, but was let back for comedic purposes.
Don't take him seriously, not even in the least.

yep, it is bad the i have made pretty much more power than him in with almost stock flowing heads and spray on a FORD BRONCO. Just wait till i get the bigger shot and new heads. It only gets better.
