I am a little biased to orange too since my bird's getting some nice prowler flame orange metallic paint haha.

I raced my buddy's 410whp supercharged mustang GT when I was at 305whp and i weigh a couple hundred lbs more than the EG in the vid. I started passing him top of 4th and I didn't breakboost and was not in vtec from 50mph on crap tires.
I am just going by facts, unless that fbod has more power then you think. but it certainly looks like that civic is hit and he can't shift from what it sounded like in the vid (or at least i think thats how it sounded, watched it on my iphone lol)
Hate on

Facts? You saw the facts... We got it on camera.... Not too much else to argue about. I'm not the one hating.
My race weight is 2800 lbs with me; full interior car trapped 113 at a later date at around 300whp.
With easily 500 lbs less and more power, hell yes that car should up near 120.
This has nothing to do with hondas. The math just doesnt make sense and people usually claim more then what they actually have. But anything can happen on the street I guess.

Your math doesn't make sense because you don't even know anything about the cars... Let alone you can do match ALL DAY LONG and in the end it doesn't mean jack ****.
Unfortunately we never got a clean run in due to an unfortunate series of events lol. But yea, if you do the math and that civic was in fact making 320, it's power to weight would be better than the TA's at 450 whp. Granted all motor cars move the hell out on the hit, but the civic got spanked pretty good. He should get it dynoed and confirm what he thinks he's making.
Correct.
The math doesn't make sense because dyno numbers without reference are pointless. What kind of dyno did each car dyno on, what was the weather like, what was the weight of each car, etc.
You want to do some math? You went 113mph with 300whp in a 2800lb car. I went 113mph with 303whp in a 3400lb car. Can you guess why?

We will find out tonight what your POS does against the lil Civic.

wow, haters want to hate. hate, hate, hate. Remember guys, there is alot more to how fast a car can run than just looking at peak hp and weight.

I like imports, I really do. I just can't stand ricers that only consider two attributes to bench racing. Peak HP and weight. Those are the only attributes that the civic guys have and they ride that **** everyday preaching it's superiority and talking **** when the ricer math doesn't compute to actual results . They never take into consideration torque and the HP curve. Just because you peak out at 300whp and weigh 2xxxlbs doesn't mean you are going to beat a car that has a **** load more torque and makes great power starting in the low/mid rpms range. Plus have you seen the powerband on the fwd 4 banger civic's. They don't make serious power until high rpm where it skyrockets(turbo lag, vtec kicking in, dunno?). a NA v8 makes a serous dyno bubble where the power is there from low rpm upward. It's pretty easy for a bolt on ls1 at full weight to get into the 12's with only 350ish whp so I don't understand how it's so hard to understand how it can run past a low 300whp civic that has no torque and only make hp between 7-9rpm even with it being lighter.

yes, i agree on all of that ...i mean the first vid showed that...he didnt have nothin to go with to start, then he stopped the pull bout 95 and when we hit 110 we started pullin again (of course i have the 2:73) at which only lag i had. which i will be fixin soon i hope
sec vid he done better but still didnt get no where, sept 1 1/2 cars back
