Good runs fellas. 
Glad to see some peeps coming together in here. I damn near quit comin over to the SRK section bc the pages fall to s4!t before it reaches the bottom. Snake i do believe you can squeeze out a 12sec pass in your ride. your 60' times are there.

hey bro i'm just messing with you jesus christ you are more defensive than a female...i couldn't care less if this guys cobra runs in the 12's, this is a damn LS1 site not a mustang site, you wonder why people get mouthy about mustangs?? i mean seriously? thats like dropping a redneck off in compton and expecting them to get along...of course when a mustang guy runs his mouth then doesn't come through your gonna get some flak on a "LS1" forum...why's that so hard to believe? If i went over to mustang forum and talked about how my z28 is a 12 second car "all day" then i ran a 13.2 or whatever, do you think they guys would pat me on the back and say "nice try brother" im sure your LS1 is capable of 12's.. HELL NO THEY WOULDN"T!! Get real man...if you like mustangs great I owned a 03 KB termi ..cool cars, but this argument is absolutely ridiculous who gives a flying **** if it runs 12s...i got news for ya 12's are slow as **** anyways, get down in the 10's then argue about something worth it...my girlfriends ******* GTP runs 12's with grocery's in the trunk

the stage 1 cam is 499 510 lift. cant remember the dur. tho. a frined of mine has an 88 coupe when it was still a 302 it had the stage 1 cam tfs 170cc heads and holley intake. he went 13.2 on street tires with a 5 speed at like 107 i think. and runsome 12.7 on slicks. the cobra damn sure has 12 sec runs in it. if i was him i'd run a 17inch mickey thompson dr at 18psi.

i think the e cam is 498 498 lift. tfs stage1 is 499 510. all the ford alphabet cams are junk. the stage 1 is a good cam with a stock bottom end 302, but when you increase c.i. you may as well get a sufficent cam. i think with the stage 2 cam he'll get in the 12s without breaking a sweat. and its the same price as the stage1 and cheaper than the alphabet cams lol. needs a set of afr185s on his 308 with a stage2 cam imo

I want the time of my life back from reading through all the stupid bs arguments to get to this point. I should probably just skip to the last page on 99.9% of SRK posts these days. A couple bad apples seem to ruin the whole bunch.

My car ran 13.024@103.33 in ~3000DA but apparently according to Juice I don't have a car capable of 12's

In all reality, my intake is choking my setup and my cam isn't exactly the right one if 1/4 mile times are my goal. I spoke with a friend about a couple changes that would help me immensely, but I am still determined to get a 12 out of it as it sits!

My friend who had a 306 in his Fox was going 12.50@108mph in the quarter..I'd say something is holding you back in your combo. That 306 was nothing radical, peaking at 5800, I think..

You should hit 12's as it sits with your trap speed. Just get the 60 ft down and run in some good air again and you are golden
A cam and intake swap would be nice to, but IIRC, you are a college student also, so the money tree probably isn't growing too well considering how much cash we dump into college expenses

302 with 160 k miles bolt ons with stock e7 heads at only 102 . That is plenty for the 12's. My car was 3300 lbs a/c and full interior slow but at 105 mph it could go at least 12.7's all day long.... 173 60ft on stock suspension.
