Cool Took out two BMWs with the Mach 1 (long read but LOL)

Funny story..Coming home I came behind a 2002ish BMW at a redlight. It was white with a female driver. Cool, light turns green and the woman creeped from the redlight. This was coming out of downtown and the speed limit is 45mph. By the time we came across the intersection we were coming up on 20mph. 50 feet from there we are now going 25mph. At this point my road rage is going nuts because I can't get around this bitch! No idea what the **** she was doing besides driving. So ofcourse at the rate we were going the next redlight turned red. She got the front row again. Light turned green and I'll admit I didn't give her a whole lot of time but after a second of her not getting off the brakes I laid on the horn. Now I don't mean honk. I mean I laid on it for a good 5 seconds. I see her look up in her mirror and she flips me the bird and guns her car. FUN TIME! I give the Mach gas to keep up with her and she gets over. Rolls down her window (stupid) to flip me off again and as she does I put the rear bumper at her window, push the clutch in, and give a 6,800rpms rev through a off road H pipe and MAC catback while my fiance gives her the finger as we go by. Its not over...redlight turns red and she jumps behind me. Well light turns green annnnd....I slowly let the clutch out, shift into 2nd at 1,400rpms, shift into 3rd at the same time. By the other side of the intersection I was going I guess 20mph. I look in the rear view mirror and the woman is almost on her dash flipping me off and yelling. Well she gets over to pass after people go by and I give it gas to box her in.

Well I see a blue new 2 door 335i turbo BMW shoot by and cut me off out of no where. So I go after this BMW to actually race since I've been wanting to for a while. We get at the next redlight next to eachother but behind people. Its a college girl (not hot) and shes sitting there rolling her car (playing the clutch) back and forth instead of holding the brake. Its ok girl those BMW clutches are cheap. Well she got held up in traffic and got caught at a light. I went on down the road and its still a 45mph zone. I look in the mirror and I see the BMW rolling down the road going atleast 70mph! She flys by me and ofcourse I go after her. I finally get along side her and now we are on the highway going 55mph. I downshift into 4th around 70mph to let her hear the exhaust and I hear her downshift too. We both hit it and as we do I downshift into 3rd gear. I start pulling her and got about half a carlength on her by the top of 3rd. I shifted hard into 4th and it seriously sounded like glass breaking and I put about a carlength on her and got over in front of her so I didn't rear end the car in my lane. By around 110mph I had a car and a half on her. I didn't know those cars were that quick. Even though with the 4.10 gears a 70mph roll isn't that great. We let off and she came along side and gave a thumbs up then started downshifting and staying along side me. But I had to turn off. My fiance said that the girl was downshifting with paddles on her steering wheel. But how could you play a clutch at a redlight if its paddle shifted? How fast do these cars trap in the 1/4th stock?

Anyways, cliffs...Mach 1 with O/R H, catback, RAI, 4.10 gears, and tune beat a 335i 2 door BMW by car and a half from 70-110.

Nice kill. I have terrible cases of road rage, as well.

I can't stand people who do that.

335is are quick but nothing crazy. 105-108 mph car stock.

I ran one last year on low boost in my integra (~240whp) and it was pretty darn close with him pulling half a car by 110 or so. My car trapped around 104-105 at that power level.

They are pretty quick. Mid/low 13's at 103-108 as stated, I almost bought one but got another C6.

I just ordered more smileys from our vendor-

Good kill op, try running one that has a tune and let us know the outcome.

Maybe I'll run one in my actual car and then let you know the outcome.

Stop teasing us, you don't have an actual car!

LOL, good kills. I thought those new BMW 335I's were so fast but found out they were nothing special by the 1/4 and mph they run. Still nice cars though. What are they rated for HP?

I know they can trap 115ish with 93 and up to 119+ on race fuel easily. The fuel pump was the main concern for me, well that and wanting 130+traps. Sweet car no doubt, just do plenty of research on the pumps and I would get an M6-

Dragtimes.com is a great resource for them, there are many, many 335i TT's-

The 335s come with 326 crank HP. As with pretty much any factory turbo car, an exhaust and a tune will net you a lot more power by maxing out the turbo.

Aren't turbo swaps on 135/335's a bitch? I heard the turbo was built into the manifold or some crazy setup.

Ok, figured they were low 300's for power. Kid in town (major D-bag) had his parents buy him one of these and got only a tune and was going around saying he was making over 400 hp and wanted to run every kid with a car. Wish I had the chance to line up with him in my mustang....oh well. Even if he beat me, he's still a rich *****.

I don't remember if the 335s run the turbo inside manifold setup or not. Probably.

But stock, they don't run full boost. 400 crank HP with a good engine tune and running the turbos at full boost wouldn't surprise me at all. I'd honestly expect more.

With a tune and intake they put out around 360-380 depending on the dyno. What's better is the torque goes up around 390ft/tq at the wheels and you can feel one hell of a difference. Tune only cars hit high 12's and with bolt ons will run low 12's depending on the driver of course. I pulled a couple car lengths on a bolt on m6 ls1 t/a a couple weeks ago from a low roll to give you an idea. It was quickly shut down, but was pretty fun

All I know is that his car is completely stock with the exception of the tune. I know he would NEVER take it to a track though.....mom and dad probably wouldn't let him anyways. His bro drives a newer porsche turbo. Man I wish I had money!

I knew they woke up pretty good for having a tune. Seems like high 12's isn't that great though with 350-360 rwhp. Are they heavy? My stang was a boat and I'm sure if I had tires I could get a low 13 with only 285 rwhp. Def good looking cars though. Liked them ever since they came out.
