Let me tell the story though...The ad on craigslist said $4,495. Sweet! So I drive down there over 2 hours and take time off work. I get down there and look at it and drive it. Come back and said "I like it, how much do you want for it?" and we start talking. It was a little mexican lot (not trying to be racist anyone that is Latino) and the owner wasn't even there. The little mexican guy told me "Well its $4,495 plus a 399 dealer fee." and said the owner should have told me that before I drove down.

It's not a bad deal, the car looks great and you now own it. You're Blessed and you have a sweet car free and clear, no worries. I am finding that very few people have any wiggle room in a price these days no matter what you buy, you did just fine-

Now we're gonna have supposed kill stories coming from this and the Mach, but not the Stang that you uhhh, "own."
That car is damn clean Kev! $4,400 isn't a bad deal at all considering there aren't many left in that conidition. It's a shame the dealer was a douche. I drove 200 miles to get my car, and the guy was perfectly fine with knocking off a quick $500 on the car. Small dealers are hit n miss.
Good find!

Congrats. I've got a 2 1/2 year old little girl that I'm afraid is already into cars because she prefers riding in daddy's "fast car" as opposed to mommy's car. Also had a pretty good week last week as we had the ultrasound and I found out that our second child is going to be a boy. I already started buying a hot wheel for him whenever we go shopping. I'm thinking in a few years I need to pick up a clean notch so we car do an LS swap together in about 15 years....

Since this is the BS thread, I will post my puppy kicking that is not worthy of its' own thread. 2000 supercharged Grand Prix GTP with a pulley (he didn't say what size), headers, O/R midpipe, muffler, tune and gears (never heard of ppl doing gears to these cars but I guess anything can be done) was egging me on...slowed down to a 35 roll so I followed suit, was at about 2800-3000 rpms in 3rd gear, he honked it off. When we hit it, at first I pulled slowly due to my rpm, but then I walked away, end of 3rd I was up 3 cars, end of 4th up about another 3.5, so in the end it was about 6.5 cars from 35-110. I was impressed with how it ran although I expected to win. First street action I have gotten in a loooooooooong time. Not anything to brag about, just posted it because it was fun.

I think you'll be happier with a peppy small turbo like a disco potato at sub 350whp levels. AutoX is also THE arena for an integra
