Pretty close. But the fact still remains that the quickest 5.0 times are still better than the quickest LS2 GTO times. Trap speeds are pretty damn close too.

What was your setup for that first run in your sig?

What are these non shop car quickest times? Proof of said times? DA? Track?

I just asked him if that 12.5 was stock or not, he obviously hasn't answered. I would, however, love to see your car run an 11.88 @ 116mph with just DRs and a tune . Wasn't your 12.54 @ 111.74 with DRs?

Here's the list so far. I haven't read the whole thread to see if new times have been posted and not updated. 12.7 with a 2.0 60', shows some better times with a 1.8/1.9 60'

The 12.54 was on the stock pirelli tires and was also backed up with a 12.60 on the next pass. The 60' was only a 2.0 which is why I came back out on 17" et streets. Car was full weight as well. I wish I had DRs on that run haha

Mods for the 11 second pass were ONLY a 93 mail-order tune and the tires.

Nice kill. God I wish I could see a DA anywhere close to that. Its 7000+ at the track I run at most of the time.

From a dig you shouldn't have a problem with any near stock gt with your mods.

Do you not consider your's "near stock?" Unless you're talking about on the street without DRs, in which case I agree.

Oh without a doubt mine is about as close as stock you can be; only have a programmer which I imagine around half of the 2011s around have.

Street tires on the street with the 3.73s is extremely frustrating and I could see most drivers losing races due to spinning. You aren't going to find many that are new to the car digging into the mid 12s completely stock, I just am lucky enough to run at what most believe to be the fastest track in the US with amazing DA's.

Him having a 3800 stall with drag radials (if they are on the street) should be an instant win

That must be what you have for Exhaust...lol

Do they grow arms and hold the other racer back too......LMAO

So you are saying a catback will make the car run in the 11's.

because it has been proven that stock exhaust can run 11s

Some just have a hard time at catching on to sarcasm on the boards. Getting butt-hurt for no reason FTL
