I have enough trap to go low 12s, but I don't care enough about track times to go back every week. I've gone to the track every time I added new mods, and got 3 passes on night. My friend had a very well setup H/C LT1, with plenty of suspension, 3.90 gears, DRs, plenty of weight reduction, a th350 and a big stall and he trapped a whopping 111mph. And you are trying to tell me you'll trap more with mild bolt ons? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

According to him, he has the fastest bolt-on LT1 in trap speed! 86formula was the fastest at 110mph with a m6 and camaroracing was the fastest auto at 108mph IIRC. Apparently this kid beat them by about ~4mph and ~8mph....

Hell, he is beating most of the best performing cam-only/full-bolt on LT1's!

Post up this timeslip claiming you did this on just mild bolt-on's on the LT1-LT4 section or in the fastest LT1's on LS1tech!

Mods of my car are in my sig. Untuned. DA corrected I should be running 12.7's @ 106-107 MPH. That is what a bolt-on LT1 SHOULD run. But apparently his car is 7-8mph faster than what it should be

Took the words out of my mouth. I just went and looked at the fastest LT1s, exceot for that 1 m6 guy, no auto and no one else is trapping over 108 with bolt-ons. This guy has good gears, but hardly any power to back it. 113 is not happening. He must have a few mods he didn't know about when he bought the car (or he's lying, which he is).

I will conceed, my ET is very beatable, and I never said it wasn't. If I cared about getting low ETs with a 6 speed, I'd buy a 9"/slicks and runs 11s. Like I said, I only made 3 passes on each setup, not too dialed in after that.

good kill op, i ran a claiming to be 300hp boosted single in my old m6 lt1 with bolts on/4.10s and beat him 4 out of 5. pretty quick car both ran mid 13s

Guys look at the 1/8 mile and then 1/4 speeds. No way in hell a 3600 stall, 4.11 geared LT1 or even a LS1 is picking up that kind of mph from 1/8 to 1/4 mile mark. That kinda gain happens on cars with 400rwhp, not 280ish rwhp. Either a timing mistake (which happen all the time and would explain his earlier time slips) or he is the car in the other lane. Period.
