Wow, now I remember why I don't come in here very often any more 
Unless we are bench-racing massively different cars (like a Sky vs ZR1 or something equally ridiculous), any well-driven performance car can beat any poorly-driven performance car in a low-speed race. Barring automatic transmissions and top-gear rolls, there will always be people who can drive the tires off of anything, as well as people who can't get below 15s at sea level in a brand new SS. That's life. Can 400rwhp Car X beat 500rwhp Car Y? Sure, if weight or driver is in it's favor. Is it typical for 400rwhp cars to beat 500rwhp cars? No, not really. I can't believe anybody even still debates this stuff. The hilarious part is how long this thread got after an original kill story that was only a couple of sentences long, LOL.
