VIDS from the summer ported eaton termi, t type
the first three vids are of me racing a ported eaton terminator. its got your typical bolt on stuff and a ported blower. on the first race i had my car in third and not drive and i didnt know it, so i lost that one. its an LT1 so its supposed to lose, right?

He has a slightly bigger turbo and meth and your typical other stuff. we raced from a dig and i think he spun.

Thanks, and thats an understatement. the look on peoples faces when they get beat by an lt1 is priceless. theres too many people out there who dont properly mod their lt1 and they give us all a bad name. so i guess ill keep telling them "its just another slow lt1". Ill never get rid of my lt1, i wouldnt trade it for the world.

Nice man. You have a stong running LT1 there to keep up with a ported Eaton Cobra with bolt-ons. They really do start to pull on the big end though. It seems that those LT1 can be made to be pretty stout!

Good races.
What's the difference between round 2 and round 3 against the Cobra? In round 2 he walks away and round 3 you walk away. He miss a shift or something the last race?

was having issues with the car, which finally came to a climax in november, lets just say it ran 11.5 on 7 cylinders while spraying. it was very capable of an 11.0 pass. but we will never know, as i procured some ported heads for super cheap. so i will no longer be cc503 cam only. and you got to look at that density altitude, those times were ran in 90 degree humid ky weather...but hey its just an lt1 so there must have been something wrong with the cobra for me to win...Right?

I'm not trying to bash LT1's (I've owned 4 of them), I'm just going by my own experience against ported Cobras. 118 traps are not enough to pull one if it's well driven, that's the only reason I asked.

those times are from the summer, at that time the car na was running 12.8 and 12.9 because of the heat and humidity. that is also when i ran the 11.43, so the spray was taking me from 12.8 adn 12.9 to 11.43. in november na it ran 12.5, so if it hadnt been missing on one cyl im sure it would have went 11.0-11.1 at about 120-122 or so.

yea
i believe the car does have sra. it has dynoed 517 rwhp. with the spray i was somewhere in that neighborhood too. the cars were pretty equally matched. the car has run low 11's, its hard to put a ported eaton with a mods list his short in the 10s.

Like i said it should be faster...but thats what makes street racing so fun. keep the vids coming man. For instance I make 475 i went 11.40 at 121. that by no means is my best pass....yes it was a good one but i got kicked off my 2nd pass for no cage so i did not get to dial the car in as a good as I wanted. The Cobra in the vid is 120 pounds lighter than mine with +42rwhp on me. He should be trapping 123-125. Every car is different and dyno numbers arent everything. Once again nice car man and you have a very strong LT-1.
