With your mods you "should" be walking ANY stock 2010 SS. Might want to due a tune up and toss those POS msd wires in the garbage where they belong. Lots of guys have had issues with msd wires on LSx cars FYI.
Maybe do a compression check? Whats your oil pressure at? If I was you I would get my car to a dyno (RWHP doesnt lie) or tuner to find out what is going on, because it seems like you are down some horsepower from where you should be at.

a stock 2010 LS3 (six speed manual) typically runs 13.0@110 so from a roll, i think theyd have you beat but it should still be a good race.

Your times seem a little off. Compare the listed times you gave to my average bolton timeslip: how are you picking up 2+ tenths of a second from the 60' mark to the 330' mark while running a lower mph? If your mph was higher I would assume you spun through the 60' then caught, but your mph would need to be at least 2mph higher than mine which aint gonna happen with your car.

TC would help you out a lot. It really wakes up the auto and makes the rest of the bolt ons work in your favor making power up top. a 3400-3600 stall would be perfect for a bolt-on street car.

4000 stall is too high for what you want. I did my 3600 two months before the heads/cam: It was overkill for me. Hell, it's still overkill for street with occasional strip use IMO, but it's a helluva lot of fun with the heads/cam.
Problem is you lose topend power. For your 4000 stall you will lose 20+rwhp even with a Yank over a stock converter. After my install I raced two different guys that I had raced multiple times before the stall: Obviously from a dig I pulled on them, but even with good traction (but still feathering it a bit in 1st) I was able to get 1 to 1.5 cars on there M6 LS1 Fbodies from zero to 60mph.
From 60-120mph however, where we had been roughly even before I now lost 1.5 -2 car lengths to them. With the heads/cam now it's not such a big deal since I make enough power that I can actually use the stall and its carry over (my yank stalls to 3600, but carry overs to around 5100rpms) all the way to around 85-90mph. But with just boltons I hated getting into races on the freeway with that stall. "Word to the wise".
