I have owned them all. Including a 2004 Cobra with a pulley, tune and cat back. And I still love the idea that a budget built car can take them. That GT500 did look like he was pulling on him on top but from a dig he would likely pack that GT 500s lunch. How do you like them apples?

i think its obvious the OP (as i think he would expect) would lose the higher the race as per the trap speed he has listed... but to 100-110 mph he would surprise the **** out of a decent driver and probably blow away a poor driver... I mean come on its not even fair!!! the mustang has more displacement and a blower!! LOL how many times in a lsx race can you say a mustang has more displacement.

 

Bingo! So many street squids and check writers read the latest motor trend times only to be surprised when they show up and the track with their high dollar ride only to find they aren't anywhere near those times. Those guys are a good source of extra income when real drag racers need some new speed parts. LOL
