He is referring to the Gtech type of device he uses to record 1/4 mile times. Not actual timeslips from the track. The track here has been closed here for several years. His Viper has never been to a real 1/4mile track.

But obviously the track and the street are the same, minus the grandstands and timing lights. Why don't they save themselves some money and just use G-techs clones?

the races that were actual races, the gallardo owned you and ran away every run. every single time. you are not close to his performance. i recommend getting a gallardo yourself.

I always say what's the point in racing from a roll anyway? To me racing from a roll is like saying lets see who can go from 60-120 the fastest and hope no one misses a gear! Every time someone says they want to run me but from a roll I just laugh at them. It's called set your car up to hook and run!

you still gota bang thru 3 gears, just takes out the launch so we can see what kind of power the lil car can make.
