I doubt that evidence will hold up in court if it is ONLY the speedo. If that is the ONLY thing you can see, they have zero proof of where it was done. Maybe he was on a dyno, or the rear on jackstands.

As for posting vids, i'll post anything without my face and license plate, and not worry about it. In the unlikely event that the cops show up at my door, it's going to be a short convo.
