The intake was port matched to these heads and the cam was specd using this intake so the intake will have to stay im affraid. Oh and the same guy that ported my fast intake also specd the cam for me. Geof..

I may have to go up a little more in stall depending where the motor makes peak torqe at. We are looking to make peak power at around 6800-7000 with the redline being at 7400. Should pass thru the gate at 6800-7200 rpm.. Hopefully.. This cam was specd to work with everything I already have, like the 4.11 rear gear and 28" tall tires.

My old motor went 10.90@123mph with a 1.46 60ft. full weight H/C/I stock bottom end LS1 2002 Camaro Z28 3620lbs with me in the car. Now the car is lighter (3500) with me in it and a bigger motor. Went low 10's on the jug.

As long as the port job is up to par It will flow as good as a stock 102. It should make a little more hp and little less tq than a 102, which won't be a problem for a stroker. The gains would be so small it wouldn't be worth the coin changing intake imo.
You hit the nail on the head my friend. I think the only part of the equation that will need to be upgraded is the lid. That is where the bottle neck is going to be.. By changing out the intake and throttle body now it would change the way the cam would have needed to be specd.

Good kill man.. Would you happen to know who runs around murfreesboro in the black gtr? I see him every weekend I'm there. Saw him coming back from Nashville few weeks ago, he passed me doing around 140 if I had to guess. Other time he kicked it from thirty next to me. Sadly, both times I was in the grips jetta. Haha
my brother knows the guy in the black GTR...his name is Brayden and his parents own an insurance company.....dude is mega loaded.....he's sent the car off several times and had things done to it, supposed to be kicking like 650-700 to the wheels.

Yeah I ran him in my Z06. He put about 5 cars on me lol. I would imagine he traps between 130 and 135mph in the 1/4 and making in the mid 500whp range. Hes a rich kid though with some cool toys. He also has a Panamera Turbo. Cool kid.

I see where you are going with this and will have to crunch the #'s. I was hoping for 130+ on the motor. I should have enough gear and tire to run the 200 shot. Right now in 3rd gear I can get to 138-140 mph with the setup before it bounces off the rev limiter @ 7000rpm even though it would be close I should be ok.

That's odd, he kicked it next to us, pulled hard but nothing ridiculous, sounded pretty much stock too. Clean car though for sure.
If he really is making around 600+ it might be a decent little race. I can't wait to get my car done and head up that way later this summer.

Damn, they trap that high with mid 500 whp? That's cranking for a heavy car.

Yeah, I use to never worry about it until the last time I went to the track and ran 27" tires. My nitrous shut off when it hit the window switch at 6400 rpm. I upped it to 6600 and it was fine for the rest of the passes, but I always think about that then I plan out my tires/gearing from now on.

He's not making 600 to the wheels. Hes making around mid 500s and Is on boltons. The exhaust note is definitely different from a stock GT-R. I would say he would pull about even with a C6 Z06 to 140mph.

Yeah The guy in the video below did 10:01 @137mph with a little weight reduction, drag radials and bolt ons on E85.
