Bye Bye Viper!
Cruising in my CTSV I come up on a Viper coupe. Harassed him till we got some open road then from 60 to 130 I just slowly walked away from him in my 4 door Cadillac. This car makes me laugh out loud! Something this big and heavy has no right to be this fast.

I'm assuming you went from a roll making your "4400" lbs sedan's weight disadvantage less obvious. Good kill, nonetheless.

From the pics of the nose (I didn't get a good look at the tail) I'd say it was 03 to 06, because of the look of the scoop, and as it was a hardtop, then it musta been an 06.
In any case I'll bet he was surprised with the results.

I'm not really surprised, you make more power than he does and from a roll your weight doesn't play that big of a role. It was a good kill nonetheless but come on.. your CTS-V's got a modified, supercharged 6.2L v8 vs the Viper's n/a 8.3L v10. If anything I'd be surprised if you lost (I think I've said this before). You should do some more Viper hunting
