RJ I think people are pointing out that GotKilledByEmAll edits his videos to make him look good. I could race a Veyron in the Regal an edit the footage to make it seem like I hung with it.
Take a huge jump cuz of the "turbo lag" then cut the film before the Veyron puts more than a car or so on me. Sure it'd be a short "race" but in the end it'll look like the Regal hung in there!

Yea I kind of got that from reading through the thread. Does look to be the case in this race but I havn't seen many of his others so IDK. Race was just too damn short to prove anything, but any car guy with a little brain will know the S2K would have won if it had gone longer.

It must be hard on the ego for you Killemall to be consistently slower than every car you have raced in Hawaii.

I GO FROM SECOND TO THIRD GEAR FROM 60-130. THATS MY RACE ON THE ROADS THEY SELECTED WITH TRAFFIC . YOU GOT BIG ***** AND ARE WILLING TO GO FROM 50-150 MPH IN THE DAY TIME WITH TRAFFIC THAN MORE PROPS TO YOU. IM NOT, UNLESS WE GO ON MY SELECTED ROADS.
last time RSKY went with me on one of my roads we did several 60-150 mph races. 1.7 miles of long straight away with no intersections. No problem in that case.
Some of you need to realize that if your in a 300 or 350 rwhp car. Or even full weight 3500 pound 400 rwhp Fbody that a 50-130 mph race on vid will last you quite a bit longer than a around 500 rwhp lightened Viper or around 550 rwhp S2000.
1000 feet elevation on street tires in 75 degree weather..
My last testing before a few added mods was the 1/8 in 7.5 at 97 mph and 1/4 in 11.6 at 125
So 4.x seconds later after going from 2nd to 3rd at 125-130 mph
7.5 seconds 8th plus 4.1 seconds 1/4 =11.6
With the GTR on race at 750 rwhp Im lucky to be in front from 60-80 mph. bY 80-85 HE'S ZIPPING AROUND. With this S2000 you really gonna sit here and say that yea he hung by me from 60-130 mph but was about to zip around me after 130 mph??????
How about it is what it is. Im as shocked as you guys are. Power to weight wise that car should be zipping by me at only 80 mph. But it just didnt happen like that. Honestly I think a great example of peak rwhp VS power under the curve and excessive torque vs minimal torque. This is what makes raceing so fun. Never really knowing till its done
Miss the good old days were my v6 camaro and buddys v6 mustang would go out in race. A 40-110 mph race would take us an easy 10 seconds of safe fun and barely breaking the limit. No traction loss. From 40-70 we were moveing so slowly and could easily tell who started early ect
