Killed a charger srt8 and 2010 camaro ss
It's been awhile since I posted here. I just got the LS3 427 engine, stronger
4L60E, and 9in rearend and driveshaft swap done to my car. The 1st kill of today was a blue charger srt8. I saw the driver come up behind me. I thought he was gonna line up beside me and then punch it. But he tried to do a ricer flyby. So I kinda let him get about a half carlength on me before I stopped his pull and I decimated him. I think I got like 3 to 4 carlengths on him and still was pulling hard before I let off. He stayed far behind me then got off on the next exit.
10 miles later, I pulled up next to a 2010 camaro ss. As I casually pulled up to it, the driver downshifted and nailed it. When I mashed the gas, I immediately flew pass him. Let off after 3 to 4 cars. Traffic was coming up. But when it cleared up, he tried to do a ricer flyby. But I caught him and pulled him hard. He got off on the next exit too. The camaro was black with red rally stripes on the hood.
Both are nice, clean looking cars. They both tried me especially the srt8.

Yea that's right. They can't tell tha difference. Ha ha ha. I really didn't think my car can pull like that. It's really fun to drive. Nice firehawk, Hartattack. I wanted one before I got this CETA. I saw one in NC. Red, T-Tops at a stealership with 44k miles but they wanted $21,000 for it. Then I saw this CETA here in GA at a dealership. 55k miles and got it for $11,000. At first, didn't want the yellow but I wanted a Trans Am bad. Couldn't turn it down, not at that price.

Yea true. But some of you may disagree with the following comment. I think these "new musclecars" should be called performance/luxury cars. Why? These cars aren't built like they used to. Musclecars has that classic feel to them. You can hear it, and feel everything when you drive a musclecar. These new performance cars, to me, is something different. For example, charger srt8s and cars like them have powerful small block v8s and all that. But, in these platforms from the factory, cars are so heavy that they don't move like they really supposed to. So basically, your average customer don't realize how much of a role weight, and drivetrain loss affects overall performance of a car. All they know is they got a charger srt8 with 425hp, challenger srt8 with 425hp or camaro ss with 426hp and to them it's unbeatable. That's until they pulled really hard on the streets.

Yea thanks. The build was well thought out to the best of my ability. It runs pretty good. I know there are other LS2 or LS3 4xx strokers (N/A) that may put out more than my combo, but mines aint no slouch. It all depends on supporting mods, compression ratio, tuning, etc. Sometimes, you can get two cars built exactly the same and one can dyno more than the other car. Taking it to the track or run it on the streets is where it's at.

I remember following your build, you have a very sharp looking ride and a very strong runner. By any chance have you ran against any C6Z's and if so what was the outcome?
