55 Roll, this is my first time ever driving the vette...

The C6 Z06 is bone stock, IDK if the GT500 is stock or modded but im going to try to find out. Normally I would not race with other cars on the highway but under these circumstances I did, so im ready for the hate! lol

Good kill. That was a 10 or 11 so it was most likely stock. They don't stand a chance against a C 6 unless they are modded. A 10 or 11 with pulley, CAI, tune would have put up a better fight but might have lost anyway. IMHO

Looks about right...That didnt look like newer GT500(wrong front end) it is a older one..maybe 09. Even newer GT500 need at least tune and pulley to stay close with a ZO6 on a roll though. The weight advantage of the Vette is to much for the GT500.

That GT500 got raped. The GT500 stock dont stand a chance against a stock ZO6..As mention it will need tune and pulley to be able to hang with a roll race.

Even at the strip on stock tires the GT500 will get raped drivers equal.

I think he was trying to do a higher roll lol, we were doing 70 and he was pulling away, so I waved for him to come back and slow down lol. I would have prefered a dig, or LOW roll but obviously being on I95 we couldnt do that lol. 2nd gear 55, car felt pretty good. IDK what RPM the revlimiter is on that thing so I was just powershifting at 7k which is redline on the tach... Beautiful car though, and cool kid. We exchanged thumbs up after and went on our ways.

I think you could have short shifted and ate him. If it was stock he maybe has 430whp and weighs almost 4000lbs.

I have seen stock ZO6 vettes walk away from 500whp GT500 pretty easy.

Yep a GT 500 needs about 125 more hp to the ground than a Z06 does to run with one. Weight and aero is a bitch

Now that I think about it, a GT500 is one of the few cars I havent driven yet... I've ridden in them from stock - 1,000rwhp, but never got to throw the gears myself. I need to get on that lol... Driver For Hire (FREE!) lmk! lol

If was close to me i could help you out...Really the 20-2011 are so much better then the 09 and earlier. Lighter, more HP, oh and less traction..haha

I got to drive a stock 2007. Wasnt impressed after driving tuned up 5.0. I had beat him in a roll race. Weight is a bitch. Guy hangs out with mustang club has a 2010 with 750hp that is nasty. But watch him get *** handed to him by a cammed ZO6 on a roll race. ZO6 said he makes over 550whp n/a. Is that possible? I know he has H/C/I and i know he walked away from that GT500.
