Well folks, I did the deal. I had to get my debt/income ratio in shape(to buy home) so I had to let the ZO6 go. It was sad to see it drive away. The dude that bought it was very cool and called me this morning giggling like a schoolgirl. He knew what he was buying but had "no idea a car could be so fun". I know exactly what he means. Anyway, I'm signing off for now. Hangin' around here would be like a recovering alcoholic hanging around a bar. I may stop in on occasion....who knows. The cool thing is that the GF is already planning the next purchase of a vette. It will probably be a vert with H/C and gears. But we will see.

Thanks for all the kind words. The car will be missed. But I will be back in one relatively soon. With the advent of the C6, the C5 prices will just keep dropping and hopefully I can pick one up for a song within the next year or so. Anyway, thanks again. I had a blast with that car!!!!
