Dude 5.0 would rape my car. It was definitely a 4.6. But same body style as the 5.0.
13.3 is with a really good driver...this guy definitely wasn't one. Let's say he's good enough to hit 13.8-9, it'd make sense. My car is an A4 so it's not as tricky as his manual.
Good for you. Want a cookie?
Man my town must be heaven compared to yours. They don't even flip you off. I get cut off from time to time, and I usually think "man that guy's in a hurry...". Less so in street racing, we know we're playing.

We actually tried it out. We gathered two identical 2005 Honda Accords with I4s. I put mine in D and he manually shifted his auto. By the end of the run he was two cars ahead. Tried D3, it helped but he was still much faster. Then I tried manually shifting. We were side by side the whole way.
That and the fact that missing a shift, short shifting or shifting too late can happen easier on a manual...I guess an auto has a small advantage in that regard. I don't even know why I'm explaining this you prolly already know this.
I smoked Mustangs before, I posted the story here. It was also a 2005 GT. The funny thing is, when I posted that thread no one told me that it's shady or sketchy everyone just said good kill and moved on. You guys have reason to believe I'm a shady guy, after what I did to my ricer friend....but come on, these were just stock 4.6 Mustangs.
I can't wait to race that guy for real and show you I didn't lose to him. Dammit...why don't these guys believe me..

Is it legal to kill people for cutting you off, too?

FYI...a friend bought a used lt1 auto a few years ago... We took it the track and this 130,000 mile bone stock automatic camaro went a 13.8@ 101 and this was a nice day in the summer. Lt1's are completely capable of edgeing those 3v 4.6's. Those two cars are a drivers race.

I'm going to go find a LT1 in my stock Integra. Should be a good race!

I really don't know where to start with this one. I guess I'll start with some personal experience. Never seen an LT1 vs 3v race personally, but I've driven 3 or 4 3v's (1 was a 2010 GT) and my friend has a close to stock LT1, another has one with headers. I honestly feel like 3v is stronger up top than the stock LT1 and just about as quick as the headers one. Average or less driver can account for that though...
Yeah, manual = racecar. ALWAYS.
Way to be a giant douche.
Probably was pissed off because some young ***** just cut him off.

Seeing how he's being a lil shy I put it in 3rd and cut him off again to really **** him off.
Windows roll down again, I see this big buffed bald brown dude, looking like a total hard ***, with the expression to go with it.

A few things reminded me of the big M too But no, as stated it was a 4.6 GT, which is believable I guess (it IS street racing). But OP, to cut someone off to get them to race? If it was me you cut off to race, you would be better to just keep going if you win, and if you lose...I'd be waiting for you at the end with your consolation prize Seriously though dude, you might want to try a different tactic than cutting someone off, that's just me though
