Fun in my Girlfriends Z28: z28 vs 11' CS/GT

The '11 driver could have sucked, who knows...

The OP has a garage full of slow cars he claims beats faster cars. IMO it either never happened (more than likely) or it was a V6 and he knew he would get laughed off the site so he made up that it was a 5.0

It would be more believable if the OP said the mustang was breaking the tire's lose, missed shift, late start all that would make sense. But to say they were both in it with no issue's and he was pulling is a little far fetched .

Saying that a stock A4 LS1 with an avg trap of 105 can pull a 5.0 with an avg trap of 110 with the 5.0 getting the hit (and A4s suck from a roll) is not happening.
Anyone who thinks its believable, tell me this. Would you believe if a light bolt on LS1 Z28 raced a Honda S2000 and Z28 got a quick jump, that the S2K would stop his pull and come around him? Of course you wouldnt. But a S2000 traps 100-102. So since thats ludicrous, why isnt this?
I love LSX and have beaten every new 5.0 I've ever raced (3) and even have a thread about one earlier race I had with one. But they were stock and I'm heavily modded (all races were on motor).

Dealt with two different 2011 5.0 cars. One with 3.55 and one with 3.73 and lighter, both 6 speeds and both well driven.
The 3.55 car I could manage to pull 1.5-2 cars on from a roll with all my stuff in the trunk, but at the time he was running 87 octane.
The 3.73 car I am dead even with from a roll. It traps the same as me at the track on the same days too. Only mod is an axle back exhaust which supposedly does nothing for performance, only sound.
My car is a couple hundred pounds heavier than the average fbody (no more than 300lbs max) but even weight with a 5.0 and a full weight loaded fbody.
Mods in sig.

^Those are some good vids. A4s are going to trap slower than the M6's, though for sure. If the OP was in his M6 car, i wouldnt be so quick to jump. But the 5.0 got the hit AND the OP has an auto so it had to electronically downshift...and thats after he got jumped (slightly he says for 2nd race, but it makes a big diff).
With his auto lag and getting jumped hed get initially pulled like you did when the 5.0 cheated like hell on your first run. The auto lag mixed with a quick jump would be ab the same jump as the 5.0 did to you.

Wow you found a bunch of videos of the slowest ones. Here let me return favor.
I could go onto modularfords and pull the two fastest bone stock s that went 12.2 manual and 12.3 auto.
Cold air, tune, x pipe Mt's(my car)

Tires only(my car)

MODS:
Steeda Cold Air Intake, Brenspeed 93 Octane Tune Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9M3k...eature=related
What funny is how every one like ya guy had tune and this and this and this...
Oh and two full bolt ons. White don't even had headers and is auto.

I'm not calling BS on the OP, just stating some facts.
In 1840 DA the 5.0 and me were both trapping 110-111mph. I was running 12.24 and the 5.0 was getting wheel hop and running 13.2x
Two m6 fbodies the same day with same mods: ls6 intake, TSP 1 7/8 headers, full exhaust (1 duals, 1 LM1), SLP lids, 315 street tires, 1 tuned 1 not.
Tuned fbody: 13.0@109 (giving it hell, 9 in rear)
Untuned fbody: 13.3@108 (leaving light due to 10 bolt)

Oh he also traded a 09 SRT8 chally/10 CAMARO SS/10 GT500(wifes) in that order to get his 5.0 and his wife a 2012 Chally RT(it had more room then the GT500).
And since you first one to run a 5.0. That shows that guy didnt even know how to drive his car.
If you are really that stupid and think the 5.0 isn't going mid to low 12s stock you are dumber then I thought.

So a stock Z28 kept up with and then beat a car with 100hp more....I will throw the out there.
Specially after several cammed and bolt on guys said they ran a few and some have lost and some them have won. Either way 90% giving props to the 5.0 and admit it will be a stock F body and 5th gen.
