Honestly, with your "relatively" lightweight car, the stock 3.23 would probably be perfect. It'll put lots of load on the turbo and with the right stall keeping you in the powerband 24/7, it'd be a monster!

Not a good deal either throw a cam and 243s on your LS1 and you'll be in it for less than that and you can say you "built" it
