Has to be the chassis. Plenty of Cobro's, Corvettes, Vipers, Supras, 240s etc cutting good 60s.

Well I was crunching some numbers and I realized that I could afford to buy myself a track/street race toy and still be able to afford a c6 next spring or summer. So I'm picking up a Trans Am next weekend. It's been 10.09@137 on a 150 shot. He was leaving very soft so the car should be able to crack 9s on a 150 shot. I plan on getting it dialed in on the 150 and then jetting up to a 200. I'm ******* pumped.

MAC, you're kinda like the family dog around here. You stink, drool all over the place, do dumb **** and poo on the carpet. But at the end of the day, we know you can't help it, so we'll just pat your head and tell you it's ok.

So couldn't find the part that i needed to do a compression test or leak down test. Drove the car again and it hasnt leaked any oil from last time. IDK whats going on still smokes pretty bad when i get on it. So I parked it yet again. Its going to In Tune Motor Sports hopefully next week. Worse case what I'm thinking is that it needs the right size piston heads and a new set of heads that flows correctly with my cam specs. (231/235 .617/.621 113+3LSA) if that is the case i will go ahead and get bigger injectors and Intake and TB. (Fast LSX 92mm intake and TB).

What kind of Piston Heads should I get? Flat top or Dish? I do plan on going turbo latter on down the road.

Mac, go with Gallo 24 piston heads. Pass on the Gallo 12s, you'll notice they're cheaper but a lot of people have had problems.

I'm pretty sure that's a joke...and I'm absolutely sure that it's flying right over my head.
