My Mustang, bone stock, ran 14.3's on Firestone Firehawks.

3:73 gears, gutted H pipe, u/d pulley and a 70mm throttle body got it to 13.80's.

I was handing out candy tonight for Halloween. At about 8:30pm the older kids started to come around.
The one kid told me a Halloween joke that had me rolling..

How do Rednecks celebrate Halloween?

Think I found my chassis... guy at the gym has a 2000 Camaro V6 w/ 200k miles. needs paint etc. He is buying a Honda daily driver soon and said he would sell the Camaro to me for 400-500 bucks. Waiting for him to be ready. Then buy, gut, and start working on a swap.

Ringers everywhere! It's funny how the guys that never owned one are the ones who state what they ran as the truth.

Foxbody 5.0's came with a bell factory installed on the dash for the drivers to ring when they ran low 14's stock.

Ringers for sure. No telling what you guys did and still claim stock.

So poppa when you gonna send me that $20??? The stang has already lost one test to the 5gen. The 6gen will be better than the 5gen.

One question. Where did you find one. B. I wouldn't pay over 5-6 even if it were in meticulous shape. That is one of my dream cars haha.

Need to figure out the specifics of what we are going to track. I mentioned in the other post about maybe a list of 1/4, mph, skidpad, short track time, long track time etc. Don't worry... if you win, you will get da' cash.

Track everything after all its what makes them cars so great or not so great

One with the most win tallies wins that easy. Gives both cars the same amount of chances to win. I will say ford should win in the pricing department though

I would really like to see how well this set up runs but im sure i can find a Lq4/9 for less than the $1600 i would have to give just for him to pull the engine and for the leak down test (which was $100)

Is that something yall would do or would yall fix the engine?
I prefer my route. LQ9/ported LS3 heads, stock LS3 intake manifold, NW 92mm TB.

If this combo doesn't make 430whp at the minimum... Find a new tuner lol. You might be able to put it together, depending on price, etc, for like 1k...

Troof. Going to just do H/C/I/n2o on my car for now. Need to give you a chance to save you from that tattoo

I bought it on Friday morning and drove it to tnt that same night. It was stock down to the paper filter and air silencer. It's funny how you believe that a 85 305 IROC ran 14.5 all day but at the same time not believe that a stock 5.0 with more hp and less weight ran faster.
